RUSKS - MONBREAK CURRANT AND BLUEBERRY AND DARK CHOCOLATE

Inspired by the tradition of combining bread and chocolate cream: Currant and Blueberry rusks covered with a layer of dark chocolate.

Ingredients

Rusk 56% [Type “0” soft wheat flour, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, sunflower seed oil, brewer’s yeast, dried blackcurrants 1% , mix of flowers and fruits 1% (pieces of apple, hibiscus, orange peel, lemon peel, elderberries, blueberry 1%), dried cranberries 1%, salt, natural blueberry flavouring, flavourings], dark chocolate 44% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring). May contain nuts, mustard and lupin. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and heat.
